Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Tomato Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella*
Recipe
- Preheat oven to its hottest setting.

Stretch the pizza dough over an oiled and lightly floured pizza
pan or other baking sheet. Be careful to press down on the dough
as little as possible so the air bubbles in the dough don't pop.
Top with a thin layer of sauce, a sprinkling of shredded
mozzarella, and other toppings. Place into the hot oven.

When many spots of dark brown cheese have appeared on the top of
the pizza its ready to be taken out of the oven.
Notes

The ideal Mozzarella to use for the pizza is low moisture
mozzarella you shred yourself. Despite this any mozzarella
will work but results will vary.
